Day Three Camping
Last night was fun big fire and then the sky cleared, using binoculars found M42, 42, 35, 37, 36, 38 , 41, 93, 46, 47, 50, 48, 44, 67, 81, Jupiter, Venus, Mars, and Saturn. Lots of other stuff but a great night for binocular. Early raise this morning someone car alarms went off. So up and out for a hike, nice water falls did I about 4 miles up and down hills and across streams.

Day Two Camping
Well last night was fun and not so much fun. Started with some limited astro fun, Orion, M1, and Jupiter provided some good views. Clouds won out around 10pm, so headed to bed! Then there was a bad noise from outside, the canopy flipped over and impaled itself on a pole, so out in the wind we go, get it off the pole, flip it back over. Seem to be in bad shape rip across the top. Well it’s dark so just tied it down for the. Well 20 safety pins later the canopy is back up and should last the weekend.
Heading out for a short hike. Still very warm for March!
